Returns & Refunds policy

At Rhan Jewellery Limited we take great pride in the skill and craftsmanship of our designers, and jewellers, who create exclusive jewellery. However, in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following returns policy:

Return Guidelines

  1. Return Period: Bespoke or sized products are non returnable. If you wish to return any other product you must advise us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt. The product must then be returned within 14 days of that notification, including our return authorisation number.

  2. Condition: The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition. If returned under our terms and conditions and as approved we will refund you within 30 days of receipt.

  3. Exclusions: Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons once the hygiene seal has been breached.

  4. Documentation: Ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging and all accompanying paperwork.

  5. Alterations: The jewellery must not have been altered by any other jeweller or party.

  6. Bespoke and High-Value Orders: Please note that bespoke commissions, personalised items, or engraved items are excluded from our returns policy, unless they are found to be faulty or have been agreed upon in writing.


  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

  2. If your order arrives damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, we offer the options of repair, replacement, or a full refund if returned.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

  4. Any replaced or repaired items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you exchange your item for a replacement your order will be exempt from future returns or exchanges.

Preparing Your Return

Here are the key steps for returning your Rhan Jewellery purchase:

Upon confirmation of return with Rhan Jewellery, package your item using its original packaging.

Avoid indicating the value of the package contents on the packaging or address. Instead, label the package as follows: Rhan Limited, 6 High street, Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7RX.

For all returns, Rhan Jewellery will provide a returns label with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, the price of which will be deducted from your total refund amount. Print this and securely attach to your parcel and take it to the post office obtaining proof of postage.
