Delivery

Rhan Jewellery limited uses Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) for delivery, which includes tracking, insurance, and a signature for proof of delivery. You (or someone at your designated address) will need to sign for your delivery. Therefore please ensure you are available to receive it or arrange an alternative arrangement. Before sending any item, a member of Rhan Jewellery will confirm the address and any other relevant details.

All deliveries are fully insured through Royal Mail against loss, damages, and theft during transit. You will be advised of your tracking number once the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of the item after it is received by you.
